Maintaining a healthy lifestyle includes all sorts of things, from getting enough sleep to drinking enough water to taking steps to minimize stress. Here are some of my favorite apps and other tools for bringing these goals into focus.

Waterlogged is a great app that helps you to track your water consumption.

Sleep Studio is an amazing new NYC shop and website with gorgeous products as well as articles designed to help you achieve more Z's. (Full disclosure: I write for them!)

I never thought I would be a fan of meditation, until I tried the free Take10 Programme (10 days of 10-minute guided meditation) app from Headspace, led by a former Buddhist monk with a damn lovely British accent. Check it out and achieve inner peace. I swear, it really works!
